How does GRPS improve my performance?
If the ground is wet and slippery you can get better grip with mixed and stud shoes because studs pierce deeply into the ground and give added support.
The GRPS system offers you greatest stability because of its improved design and makes your running easier because of better pressure absorption.
Why does GRPSTAR offer two types of studs: GRPS Type X and GRPS Type Y?
Football shoes have different kinds of threads. For example, if you wear Adidas shoes you need another system than using Nike shoes. So, GRPS are compatible with all conventional brands. Note: Check out if you need to buy GRPS Type X or Y!
What’s the difference between GRPS Type X and GRPS Type Y?
GRPS Type X and Y have different kind of threads, compounds and heights. If you need GRPS Type X or Y depends on to the brand of shoes (thread) that you are using.
Why is GRPS made of several parts?
The GRPS System consists of several parts to adjust different heights and combinations easily. You may need different variations for different conditions.
GRPS Type X consists of body (10mm/8mm) and bolt (5mm/3mm) which you can combine for different heights.

How to fix GPRS? Are there any standards?
The ideal amount of force required is 4Nm. We recommend tightening each bolt until you notice clear resistance and the bolt has reached its end of turn.
Note: Fix all bolts tightly and carefully. If you fix the bolt too less, it might loosen later. And if you fix it too much, the thread may get damaged.
How to install GRPS?
GRPS can be fixed easily.
1. Remove your old cleats.
2. Choose your favourite GRPS combination and tighten the bolts manually.
3. Use the hex-wrench that you can find in your GRPS box to tighten all bolts strongly and carefully (4Nm).
In the
video you can find more information for assembling your GRPS.
Is it necessary to retighten my GRPS?
No. If you have installed GRPS properly (4Nm) you do not need to retighten them.
Note: Check all bolts after using them the first time.
What to do if the GRPS bolt head is dirty or full of little stones?
Use the sharp end of the hex-wrench to remove all kinds of dirt.
Note: Be careful while using the hex-wrench to avoid any injuries.
